Lära Concept Store is a physical shop at Rue Lanfray 15, 1050 Ixelles, behind the Sainte-Croix church at Flagey. You'll find design objects, Belgian and European craft, tableware, gift ideas and a selection of natural wines, with Lara's advice on hand.
A vase is judged in the hand. A plate is weighed. A glaze is looked at in daylight. A candle is smelled. Blown glass is read against the light. Photography does what it can — it doesn't replace the gesture.
The online shop remains useful — to find a reference, give a gift card or have something delivered. But the full selection lives here, on Rue Lanfray.
Light wood, a slatted wall, a central island, natural light: the place was designed as an interior rather than a shelving unit. It's a space to move through slowly.
Colourful objects and bottles lined up set the rhythm. Nothing is stacked just to fill space: every piece is there because Lara chose it.
Lara is the one who welcomes you. She knows the workshops, the materials and the stories behind the pieces. Tell her who the gift is for, or what you're eating tonight: the conversation does the rest.
